As a paediatric physiotherapist and mum, Lisa's passion is to ensure that all parents can get access to highly specialist paediatric physiotherapy.
After ten years of treating babies in busy clinic settings, Lisa spent another decade seeing them in the comfort of their own homes. She has seen how much better they respond to treatments in familiar surroundings, and without the stress of travelling to a clinic.
She also learned that physiotherapy for babies is most effective when it is carried out by their own care givers and when it suits the baby best: during their natural awake windows when they’re calm, alert and ready to engage!
Lisa has devoted the past five years to providing support for parents and teaching them to become the experts their babies need!

"Many of the common conditions I see in babies are the preventable consequences of modern parenting, yet there’s very little clear and consistent information out there to help parents.
I’m now on a mission to change that, by sharing my knowledge and providing simple and effective training for parents everywhere."

"Lisa has been absolutely amazing with our son Santi, who has hypermobility. From the start, she showed a deep understanding of his condition and we saw clear progress after every session.
She didn’t just help him improve—she helped us understand the what and the why behind each step, which made a huge difference.
Lisa’s knowledge and professionalism really stood out. She gave us useful exercises to do at home and always focused on helping Santi reach realistic, meaningful milestones.
We’re so grateful for the care and effort she put into his therapy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist".

"Lisa helped my twins to overcome tightness and restricted movement in their necks. Given they’d been a little more compressed in the womb, Archie had a slight flat head.
Lisa gave us practical tips to help support them and an easy to follow guide. We would highly recommend."

"We were blessed to find you! With the treatment Alex received from you, he managed to recover from a quite severe torticollis in only two months!
I would highly recommend you to anyone who’s child suffered from a similar diagnosis. We also no longer require the helmet for the flat head as the treatment helped for that as well. Thank you so, so much!"
- Anastasia and baby Alex

"We are very grateful for all of your help, without which his neck and head would not have improved to this extent.
Thank you once again for all of your help over the summer - he is a very happy little boy who smiles a lot!"

Flattening across the back of the head or on one side of the head is very common these days - now that we know it is safer to put our babies to sleep on their backs.
Download our free 'Baby Flat Head Fix' Booklet to give you loads of ideas how to help!

If your baby's feet are very turned inwards they may have Positional Talipes. This is also known as Positional Clubfoot and can easily be treated at home (unlike Structural Talipes).
Watch our 'Treating Tiny Feet' Tutorial to help you correct your baby's foot alignment.

If your baby looks to one side more than the other, they may have Torticollis. This means there is tightness in their neck muscles which can lead to flattening on one side of their head.
Make an appointment with us or enrol on our 'Baby Flat Head Solution' Course to learn how to correct this at home.

If your baby is taking a little longer to reach their milestones, book a consultation for tailor-made advice on how to stimulate their development.
This can be a remote session or a home visit by one of our specialist paediatric physiotherapists (within the greater London area).

Hypermobility, also known as being double-jointed, flexible or super-bendy(!) can delay your baby's physical development. Chat to us to get sound advise on how to best support your baby.

Does your child have a neurological diagnosis? We provide home visits giving regular neurodevelopmental physiotherapy in the greater London area.

Lisa helped my twins in the first six months to overcome tightness and restricted movement in their necks. Given they’d been a little more compressed in the womb, Archie had a slight flat head. Lisa gave us practical tips to help support both their physical development and followed up every appointment with an easy-to-follow guide which is really helpful. l highly recommend Lisa.
